Myron David Wolf (Marty to almost everyone he knew and loved), age 82, passed away Jan. 17, 2021, due to conditions caused by Alzheimer’s disease.

The son and oldest child of Meyer and Mollie Wolf, Marty was born Oct. 22, 1938, in the Bronx, N.Y. After graduating Hofstra University with a degree in accounting, Marty proudly served in the Air Force for nine years and travelled the world, earning the rank of captain. While serving in the Air Force and stationed in Virginia, he met and fell in love with Bonnie Banks. They were married Nov. 30, 1970. They moved to Gainesville, Fla., where he earned his master of business administration at the University of Florida, before settling in Atlanta to start a career and family.

Marty went on to have a fulfilling and successful career in commercial real estate. With his wife, he raised three accomplished sons, while remaining an active part of the local Jewish community. In his free time, he loved working on cars, especially his prized ‘66 Corvette, and just generally tinkering with and fixing things, carrying on the industrious spirit of his mother’s Henkin family.

Marty is survived by his wife Bonnie and their three sons Andrew, Roger and Stuart, as well as his sisters Judy and Harriet. He touched the lives of all that knew him and will be greatly missed.
