Estelle “Esther” Tuvlin, 99, of Johns Creek, passed away peacefully on Mon., Nov. 25, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, Pa. to Bertha and Morris Cutler, of blessed memory, she moved from New Jersey to Georgia in 1988. Esther was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Mathew.
