Passover Recipes: Strawberry Ice Sorbet

This is so easy and a real refreshing dessert after a big seder meal. It’s easy and light. Amazing with so few ingredients how this recipe multiplies.
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 egg whites, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients. Beat for 15 minutes in an electric mixer until fluffy.
Freeze overnight.
