New Israel Film Fest Installment

The Mt. Scopus Group of Greater Atlanta Hadassah is pleased to present their next feature in the Israel Film Fest series.
The film will be shown on Sun., Feb. 23 at 1:15 p.m. at a home in Toco Hills. The film is “Sallah Shabati,” a wonderful film that uses humor, and music to highlight the time period of Operation Magic Carpet in Israel.
It stars Topol and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Foreign Film. A contribution of $10 is requested.
Refreshments and discussion will follow the film.
This event’s proceeds will help Hadassah support its two state-of-the-art hospitals responsible for breakthrough research in Jerusalem.
