It was the highest high school pole vault in the nation this indoor track season.

Arbiv, who recently signed to attend Duke University next year as a member of the track and field team, is only the third Weber student-athlete to sign with an NCAA Division I school.

The meet at which Arbiv set the record was Georgia’s first indoor track meet for high-schoolers since 2001. The Atlanta Track Club and Pole Vault Atlanta hosted the competition.
