Alma Tulis, age 84, of Atlanta, died May 6. Born Alma Edith Horwitz on March 24, 1930, at Grady Hospital, Alma was the youngest of 12 children. She graduated from Georgia State and worked for the CDC and for Job Corps. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Elaine Zitomer and James Dricker, Smyrna; daughter, Janie Zitomer, East Brunswick, N.J. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Congregation Shearith Israel, 1180 University Drive, NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.
