Stein Book Signing

Judaica Corner is holding a celebration of AJT columnist Rachel Stein’s latest book, “Life Support: Stories of My Chaplaincy and Bikur Cholim Rounds,” on Sunday, March 13, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

The store, at 2185 Briarcliff Road in the Briarcliff LaVista Shopping Center in Toco Hills, is providing coffee and cakes along with the author, who will sign copies of the book.

It tells the story of what happens when the chairwoman of Bikur Cholim of Atlanta, an organization that visits the sick, gets training in chaplaincy and becomes a hospital chaplain.

Stein, who writes the Shared Spirit column every other week in the AJT, shares stories, anecdotes and inspiration from her chaplaincy.

A portion of the proceeds from book sales will benefit Bikur Cholim of Atlanta.
