Martin Eisler, age 90, Atlanta, died Jan. 10, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Dora Eisler, of blessed memory.

yahrzeit-candleMr. Eisler was liberated from the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in 1945 and survived the Holocaust.

He immigrated in 1949 to the United States, where he owned and operated grocery stores, gift shops, a restaurant and a coin laundry.

Survivors include his son, Sol Eisler, Atlanta; daughter, Hannah Medwin, California; daughter, Beverly Eisler, Atlanta; granddaughter, Stacy Coleman; and great-grandchildren: Ashley, Zach and Seth.
