Making Challah: The Mixed History of a Jewish Bread

Join InterfaithFamily and Rabbi Ruth Abusch-Magder for an evening of making bread and exploring the complex history and traditions behind this popular twisted loaf.
Every participant will go home with a loaf — guaranteed to make your kitchen smell great and perfect for sharing for Shabbat or making French toast. All levels of baking experience welcome.
