An Ode to Israeli Cuisine: A Pop-Up Dinner
August 24 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm$60
Food 101 in Sandy Springs will host an “Ode to Israeli Cuisine,” the second of two such collaborations between Linda Harrell, the executive chef at Food 101 and Cibo e Beve, and Souper Jenny owner/chef Jenny Levison.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Zadie Project, a nonprofit Levison founded to feed soup to families and children in need.
The meal is inspired by Philadelphia chef Michael Solomonov’s James Beard Award-winning cookbook, “Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking,” and covers appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. Harrell and Levison’s menu includes hummus, grilled watermelon salad, fried kibbe, grilled branzino over chickpea stew, lam shashlik with pistachio tahini, warm chocolate babka and poppy seed cake with blueberries and labneh.
$60.00 + $0.99 service fee
