Bet Haverim is pleased to offer a workshop for family caregivers presented by geriatric social worker Nancy Kriseman, author of her new book, The Mindful Caregiver: Finding Ease in the Caregiving Journey. This workshop will focus on teaching caregivers how to set limits and develop realistic expectations, so that they don’t neglect themselves as they take care of their loved one.
